Every week moves the same project forward one step. Full deliverables and homework are shared with the cohort.
One hour a week: a quick framing discussion, 30 minutes with a guest product manager, then that week's homework. Each week builds directly on the last.

Writing the PRD
Skill: the spec (success metrics, edge cases, and scope)
Build and test
Skill: turning a PRD into a working prototype, and getting real user signal on it
Package it: build a portfolio site
Skill: the packaging layer so your work goes somewhere to be seen
